CHANGE OF MIND / RETURNING MULTIPLE ITEMS
You can return or exchange your full price Pearl Diver Swim suit(s), due to a change mind or due to ordering several styles / sizes to find the right one for you, in accordance with the following conditions. Pearl Diver Swim reserves the right to reject the return of items which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy as outlined below.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 30 days days of you receiving them.
Items must be in original condition, with all tags remaining on the garment and the hygiene seal in tact and in place. Garments must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
It is compulsory to wear undergarments when trying on garments. If you decide to return your suit, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item(s) shows signs of wear.
We aim to deliver on the highest standards and each item is quality checked prior to sending out, however, in the unlikely event that your Pearl Diver Swim garment has a defect, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief description of the fault and she detailed photos showing the defect.
Please contact us at email@example.com to advise us of the return or exchange. We will be happy to advise you of the returns and exchange policy and guide you through the process. Please note that the shipping cost incurred for returning garments to Pearl Diver Swim for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us. If you request an exchange however, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new garment to you.
HOW TO RETURN
For all returns, please send to us using a reputable carrier of your choice. We will advise the return address details on contact.
Express Mail: Please return items using a courier or express postal service with a tracking number to ensure your item is received within the accepted timeframe.
Please note items received outside of the returns period will not be accepted.
Pearl Diver Swim is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit and we strongly advise using a traceable delivery method and keeping a note of your tracking number so that you can provide it to us on request.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items.
Once the items have been received we will check them to make sure that they comply with our returns policy as outlined above. Once the return has been confirmed and a refund has been requested, we will process within 3 working days back to the original payment method.
If making an exchange and the new item is of a lower price than the original garment, we will refund the difference to the original method payment. If the new item is of a greater price than the original garment, we will contact you to arrange payment of the difference prior to shipping.
We do not refund shipping charges incurred for returning items to us, with the exception of faulty items.
Pearl Diver Swim do not refund prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return the item for a refund or exchange.
